1. .We do not ask or need the septic tank to be emptied before a septic inspection because this will falsify the data/outcome of the inspection (if need be when you will set Ownership you can require it yourself on your purchase contract) or we can include it in the recommendations of the report if the tank requires to be pumped. (What is submerged under the water never disaggregates)
2. Passage of the camera between the septic tank and the house (inlet pipe);
3. Inspection of the settled solids of the wastewater: inlet / outlet deflectors and the partition wall;
4. Passage of the camera between the septic tank and the septic field (outlet pipe);
5. Localization of the head of distribution of the septic tank (extremity of the field);
6. From 2 to 4 hand-made surveys in the septic field (all year round) to verify the filtration sand, the clear stone,
the accumulation of abnormal water and/or the accumulation of organic wastes;
7. Verification of the pumping station: pump, fleets, alarm system and electric connections (if necessary);
8. Writing of a complete personalized report with photos, notes, remarks and recommendations (if necessary)
(within 24 at 48 hours following the inspection) .
